Refund and Exchange Policy
All products are non-refundable and non-returnable. The only exception is when the product is, in our opinion, compromised e.g. due to mishandling during shipping. Exchanges have to be made within 3 days of receipt. Please notify Freshwerkz if the safety seal in the bottle had been compromised upon receipt. Freshwerkz reserves the rights to embark on a course of action to rectify the problem in the best manner it deems fit.
